Our mission is to help customers and their families obtain healthier skin. Your satisfaction is important to us. Nurture Me Natural products are hand-crafted and formulated with the customer/client in mind. We know you will enjoy the benefits of our products, therefore, within 30 days, if you are not satisfied with a product we will replace or refund your item(s).
Nurture Me Natural products are hand-crafted personal care products, therefore, we do not accept returns. We take extra care and precautions when packing your order. Although we are not responsible for damaged or stolen packages, we want customers to be happy, so in the event you do receive a damaged product we will do our best to be fair and work with you to quickly resolve the issue. We understand that ease of use is important, so if you experience a pump/sprayer that seems clogged, or cracked/broken cap or closure, we will, in most cases, send you a complimentary replacement.
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Typically orders are processed the same day and shipped via USPS Priority Mail, so as to arrive in 1-3 business days. Given the natural nature of our products we avoid having your order sitting on carrier vehicles any longer than necessary.
CHANGES TO AN ORDER

INGREDIENTS & USAGE
It is important that you review and read all ingredients carefully before purchasing. Product ingredients are clearly listed on the website for reference and review. Emails go directly to an actively monitored inbox, so please do not hesitate to send questions or inquiries. They will be answered promptly within 24 hours or less.
TEXTURE/CONSISTENCY CHANGES WITH NATURAL PRODUCTS
During VERY hot weather, or in VERY warm regions, products can get very warm and could liquify. We work hard to ensure that products maintain the final product consistency, and we have not had reports of melting thus far, however, if you happen to recieve a product that appears melted, placing the product in a cool place out of direct sunlight (which is how products should be stored in general) will bring it back or close to its intended consistency. During very warm weather we will often ship orders with a "cold brick" to keep your products cool during transport. This added service is no charge to you, and you can reuse this brick if you wish.
Please note: the change in texture or consistency will not effect the perfomance or properties of the product. You wll still enjoy the wonderful benefits of many natural ingredients.
